All I have to say is that I have dealt with Laura before with the Rozeta CAL and even though she was unable to help me she went to the trouble of trying to help me with another store. With my present order she accommodated me without hesitating and I received my goodies very quickly. I will definitely be a return customer not to mention the products are top of the line. Love the soft and fuzzy feel of it...a little bit of a challenge seeing the crochet stitches...I’m making Robin the Reindeer and it’s looking good.

I had ordered by accident 5 of the same colour! I panicked and contacted them, it was taken care of quickly and stress free. Wonderful customer service, I was totally blown away. When the product (only the softest yarn in the world!) arrived, it came quicker than expected, it was packed perfectly, and came with a beautiful HAND written note!! So amazing!
